“Systemic bullying, hazing and abuse generally are identified with poor, weak or toxic organizational cultures. Cultures that are toxic have stated ethical values that are espoused but not employed, and other non-ethical values which are operational, dominant, but unstated.

Such cultures thrive when good people are silent, silenced, or pushed out; when bad apples are vocal, retained, promoted, and empowered; and when the neutral majority remain silent in order to survive. Those who are most successful in such a toxic culture are those who have adapted to it, or adopted it as their own”. (McKay, Arnold, Fratzl & Thomas, 2008)

  2. He used to use his psychological knowledge to torture students and staff at UoN. That's a shame!!!

I'd like to see how these inhumans like Waring, Nikolas, Scott Holmes and the other senior managers at that bully-versity will dye? I do not believe in god but I believe in Karma and I think they will be punished because of their crimes someday before they die.

Their hands smell blood. Do they ever can wipe blood from their sinful hands? To me,The answer would a big NO.

  3. It becomes abundantly clear that this particular person and his whole leadership team should of real interest to the parliamentary inquiry.

It's a shame he has so many followers among students and staff, all because he told them he learned his smooth-talking from lessons with Toast Masters and these confused souls associate smooth-talking with integrity and leadership.

The number of senior managers at the UoN who come from the psychological fraternity speaks volumes about the thriving of the bullying at the UoN. To me, it's many of us, it's a sign of real sickness. The existence of this blogsite is an enduring testimony to that.

Hunter New England Health should be asked by the parliamentary inquiry for the number of UoN staff and students who were treated for stress and depression caused by bullying at the UoN.

The fish definitely rotted from the head!
