Bullying at the University of Newcastle (Australia)

We are working to highlight and stop academic workplace bullying at the University of Newcastle, Australia. We are a group of staff and students who have been bullied for speaking out about misconduct.

"Do to others as you would have them do to you"

No - we have not suddenly become religious.

Just a thought - how do so many members of staff claim to be religious and yet have no hesitation in colluding with misconduct and standing by whilst innocent people are thrown out of the University of Newcastle?

There is now a relatively large theology discipline at UoN and we know of many members of staff in other disciplines who are active in their religions.  Even the senior management attend and address religious conferences.  

All the world major religions ask their followers to treat others as they would like to be treated.  How do these UoN staff members integrate this with their behaviour?

As Pastor Niemoller said in 1945 .. 
"and when they came for me, 
there was no one left to speak out for me"


  1. If you have a spare second type "jenny Allen Jesus" into Google and watch the first video that comes up. I wonder if it is appropriate for a Dean of Students to crow about how much power they have... Scary stuff when you consider her manner of dealing students who go to her for help when they are sexually harassed and assaulted. Jesus would weep.

  2. If I was dean of students I would take reports of sexual harassment straight to the police. Not protect the person but dob them in. The UoN thinks themselves better than the law (first huge cue to their sociopathy)

    By the way, most novelists refer to harpies crowing so perhaps this is unhelpful language from the UoN.

  4. I have suffered tremendously under many people who have claimed to have strong faith. Yet their actions betray them.

    I know personally that this is now a huge warning sign. Stay sway from this University.

  5. ***** sway as in stay away from this charnel house of evil. If you want evidence of how organised religion deals with atrocity do some research.

    The bible also has some comments on the people who insist on making loud proclamations on their faith.

    The dean of students is too busy sermonising to practice what she preaches. She is too wealthy to see real need. She does care, just not enough to do anything about it.

    With a religious fanatic at the helm you have about as much chance of equality as a hen in a shed full of roosters.

    I don't trust her.


    If you want to maximise your people skills try combining the talents of the university with organised religion.
