“Systemic bullying, hazing and abuse generally are identified with poor, weak or toxic organizational cultures. Cultures that are toxic have stated ethical values that are espoused but not employed, and other non-ethical values which are operational, dominant, but unstated.

Such cultures thrive when good people are silent, silenced, or pushed out; when bad apples are vocal, retained, promoted, and empowered; and when the neutral majority remain silent in order to survive. Those who are most successful in such a toxic culture are those who have adapted to it, or adopted it as their own”. (McKay, Arnold, Fratzl & Thomas, 2008)

Stay strong

  1. Most bullies make lives a misery. I know that for a fact.

When you ditch the University of Newcastle you say hello to life again, people who are the very salt of the earth come back to your aid.

I will never forget about what happened there until there is justice.

They tried everything to shut me up, blackmail, loss of reputation, ostracism but I didn't die, I got stronger.

They are going to keep lying and lying to students there. It is sad to see such a loss of potential.

    1. I was once considered a student with a great deal of potential. I came from a disadvantaged background.

After studying at the University of Newcastle I have had to be placed on strong psychotropic medicines, have attempted suicide twice and have no career prospects or hope left for the future.

I was bullied almost to the point of death at the University. With no family support and a University full of bullies my complaint has fallen on deaf ears.
