“Systemic bullying, hazing and abuse generally are identified with poor, weak or toxic organizational cultures. Cultures that are toxic have stated ethical values that are espoused but not employed, and other non-ethical values which are operational, dominant, but unstated.

Such cultures thrive when good people are silent, silenced, or pushed out; when bad apples are vocal, retained, promoted, and empowered; and when the neutral majority remain silent in order to survive. Those who are most successful in such a toxic culture are those who have adapted to it, or adopted it as their own”. (McKay, Arnold, Fratzl & Thomas, 2008)

  1. The den of thieves at UoN are not only happy sanctioning racial and sexual abuse, academic misconduct and plagiarism. They are also condoning actual theft.

Instead of addressing the problem adequately UoN instead decided to try and obliterate the victim.

This is unacceptable conduct from the University. Why is the victim punished rather than the perpetrator?

How does widespread public knowledge of University atrocity bear on the management?

Instead of asking for an external inquiry they spend 1000's of dollars on a media campaign to repeatedly tout the University as safe. Oh and that it is "world class". It isn't.

The dean of students is using her ministry role as a significant aspect of her position. How does she treat Muslims and people from other faiths?

Why isn't this University even servicable let alone world class?

Do other Universities have such low public image and massive bullying problem? No, they don't.

Do other Universities spend as much on marketing per capita as UoN. No.

Do other Universites accuse protesters of collusion or sleight of hand? Not often. Doubly so when their accusations are false. I have never met the blog mediators so McMillens charge of conspiracy is false. Her and the PVC had better reconfigure over expensive food and wine that you and I have paid for.

We, the silenced victims of UoN will not go quietly. The lies and corruption must end not only to end our suffering but to ensure it never happens to anyone else. The perpetrators must be brought to justice.
