“Systemic bullying, hazing and abuse generally are identified with poor, weak or toxic organizational cultures. Cultures that are toxic have stated ethical values that are espoused but not employed, and other non-ethical values which are operational, dominant, but unstated.

Such cultures thrive when good people are silent, silenced, or pushed out; when bad apples are vocal, retained, promoted, and empowered; and when the neutral majority remain silent in order to survive. Those who are most successful in such a toxic culture are those who have adapted to it, or adopted it as their own”. (McKay, Arnold, Fratzl & Thomas, 2008)

A NEW Newcastle disease?

"Newcastle disease (ND) is a highly contagious viral disease of domestic poultry, cage and aviary birds and wild birds."

Is there a new variant affecting humans?

Is there a new variant that is highly contagious and spreads corruption?

The University of Newcastle has a long history of plagiarism, harassment and bullying (including gagging clauses to silence those who suffered) (see books, book chapters and newspaper articles relating to this).

The University of Newcastle has been investigated by ICAC and found guilty on charges relating to plagiarism.

Has the new variant of Newcastle disease spread out from the University of Newcastle into the wider community?

Think about this;-
  • The Newcastle-Maitland area has been found to be the epicentre of abuse by the Catholic clergy(were any of them educated at the Unviersity of Newcastle?)
  •  The current ICAC inquiry involving state MPs and the Newcastle mayor.
    •  Tim Owen, State Member for Newcastle visited the University of Newcastle Legal Centre last year.
    •  Both Andrew Cornwell and Garry Edwards have been involved in activities at the University of Newcastle (e.g. as judges in competitions).
    •  Jeff McCloy, mayor of Newcastle, who has admitted to giving money to MPs campaigns, has a degree from the University of Newcastle.
  • Previous University of Newcastle professor acted as a paid consultant to HDC and/or GPT to support the "cut the railway line" campaign. ("McCloy campaigned against the heavy rail line through Newcastle").

Who else has been infected by this new variant of Newcastle disease, now identified as the "University of Newcastle disease?

  1. One candidate for ICAC investigation is one rather unsound creative faculty which for all of its creativity and innovation haven't presented almost anything in over two years.

Also the ministry / church run by the formerly satanic dean of students is not listed it acknowledged by any other church groups or indexes in the area.

  2. They are all as bad as eachother, sexual abusers, serial bullies and pathologically selfish liars.

The word corrupt doesn't cover the damage both the UoN, the Catholic clergy and the current local government have done to innocent people, myself included.

We can do better. Long live ICAC and the royal investigation into sexual abuse. This whole area has been getting away with all kinds of bullying for years and is now finally being exposed.

  3. Is it no coincidence that the University have at their disposal a prime section of the CBD for redevelopment?
